To maintain the special family atmosphere of the Parkour Camp, the number of participants is limited to 250 traceurs. If you wish to participate in the camp, please take note of the following information for your own interest:
In recent years, it has repeatedly happened that people who registered did not eventually make the payment. This has denied other interested individuals the chance to participate and has caused us additional work.
To remain fair to all participants, you can register online. Then you will receive a confirmation email reserving a place for you, subject to availability.
You then have 14 days to make the payment. If the payment is not received within 14 days to the account specified below, your reservation will be automatically deleted, and you will no longer have a claim to the spot at the camp! Of course, you can still register again at a later time.
If your payment is received on time, you will receive a participation confirmation.
If you are fully registered as a participant but are unable to attend, you must cancel in writing (via email) by the LATEST by 2025-07-20. Otherwise, we will not be able to refund your participation fee!
All registrations will be considered. If the maximum number of participants is reached, a waitlist will be created. If you are on the waitlist, you will be informed. If an additional spot can be allocated to you as a participant, we will notify you, and you can confirm your registration as described in points 3 and 4.
